About
Fiona Kirwan and her husband Neil run Sowa Soma, a small ayahuasca retreat on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast near Puerto Viejo. This two-day homestay is held at their jungle home in the Cocles area, and the two of them facilitate rather than a rotating staff. Groups are kept very small. The stay covers the ceremony night plus the meals and rest around it.
